ON-LINE ORDERS
Please complete the order form on our website. Upon receipt we will check that the items you have requested are in stock in your chosen colour & size and then e-mail you confirmation of when your order will be despatched. All orders on items in stock will be despatched a.s.a.p. If this is not possible for whatever reason you will be notified by e-mail. For security, orders placed on our site are encrypted using SSL technology. With SSL implemented on both the client and server, information sent via the internet can be trusted to arrive privately and unaltered to our server only. In order for SSL security to work, you must use an SSL-enabled browser.
PAYMENT
We can accept Paypall,Visa, Mastercard and normal Bank transfers.If ordering, please have ready the card number, the expiry date, the name on the card and the billing address of the card.Prices and product specifications are correct at time of print and include VAT taxes.(Customers outside the E.U dont pay vat taxes) We reserve the right to alter prices.On payment all prices include shipping.
SECURITY POLICY
When you order, we need to know your name, billing address, e-mail address, telephone number, delivery address, credit or debit card number and expiry date. This allows us to process and fulfill your orders and enables us to contact you regarding the order. To fulfill your order, your delivery address and your telephone number will be given to our carriers and, if required by law, to other parties such as Customs and Excise. This will enable our carriers to successfully complete delivery of your order.
Your credit or debit card number and expiry date are also required to allow us to process and fulfill your order.

CLOTHING QUALITY
Our male T-shirts are made from 100% pre-shrunk jersey cotton. These T-shirts are of superior quality at 200 gsm. They have taped shoulder and neck seams with double stitching to add strength and comfort for intensive usage.
Our female T-Shirts are made from luxurious 220 gsm 100% combed cotton interlock, which is soft to touch and comfortable to wear. They are made to figure but not too tight.
Many of our shirts have a rubber logo patch or stainless steel button on the sleeve,bottom front or on the back.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our both our screen prints and embroideries which gives a sharp result. The print and embroiderie process we use ensures that the design will last as long as the shirt. We average over 8 print colours on our intricate designs.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
All goods are sold subject to availability. If an item is out of stock we will endeavour to give an accurate date of delivery.
COLOUR ORIGIN
We try to portray the products and relevant information on this site as accurately as possible. There may be slight differences between print colours and actual fabrics.
UWAHU GUARANTEE
If you are in any way unhappy with your purchases you may send items back for an exchange or full refund. Please return your purchase unworn and in the original condition, along with the corresponding sales invoice, within 14 days of receipt. Please note that the cost of return postage is not refundable unless in the unusual circumstances that the goods are found to be faulty.

SHIPPING
All standard orders are normally processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 3 working days (subject to stock availability ). If you're ordering from Belgium your goods should be delivered within a week. Goods shipped outside Belgium are dispatched via Registered Express (Air)mail and should take around 7 - 14 days depending on your location. In all cases please allow up to a maximum of 28 days.If an item is out of stock or there is likely to be a delay for any reason we will endeavour to let you know a.s.a.p.

Shipping charges are calculated during the ordering process so you'll always see the total cost of delivery before you actually submit your order, just select the appropriate shipping option you require when going through to the checkout.
