SHIPMENT & DELIVERY

All standard orders, scuba diving tee shirts, dive hoodies, sweaters, diver caps, dive drybags, diving keychains, Scuba boardshorts etc. are normally processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 3 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking or BPOST standard registered mail (subject to stock availability). If you're ordering from Belgium or the neighbouring countries your goods should be delivered within a week. Goods shipped to the rest of the world should take around 7 - 14 days depending on your location. In all cases please allow up to a maximum of 28 days. If an item (Scuba dive Clothing or Scuba diver accessories) is out of stock or there is likely to be a delay for any reason we will endeavour to let you know a.s.a.p.

If you prefer delivery by UPS COD (Payment on delivery) with required signature, an additional cost of 10 to 15 € will be applied. Please choose "Cash on delivery" on Check-out. for dealers only

UPS shipments can be tracked (A link will be provided)

BPOST shipments can not be tracked.

Shipping charges are calculated during the ordering process so you'll always see the total cost of delivery before you actually submit your order, just select the appropriate shipping option you require when going through to the checkout. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package with scuba diver clothing & scuba goodies will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total price of the order.

Boxes and envelopes are amply sized and all your items (scuba dive t-shirts, diving hoodie, key holders, diver caps, etc.)  are all well-protected.
