RETURNS & EXCHANGES

To ensure that your orders arrive in the same perfect condition that we demand, a second inspection is always carried out before dispatch. We have vast confidence in our products, However, we understand that sometimes you may have your reasons for not being completely satisfied with your purchase. If the purchased item is still in its original and unused condition, we will do an exchange or offer you a full refund. Just send us an email to let us know and have the item sent back to us within 14 days from the date you received it. The postage incurred in sending the item back to us will have to be borne by you. To exchange a scuba tee shirt or other dive clothing for a bigger or smaller size, please send the wrong sized item back to us at:

Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for returned products until we have received it. Before sending any items back for exchange, please let us know which design, base colour and size you have bought and would like to change it for so that we can advise if the required item is available prior to your return.

REFUNDS
All refunds will be credited back through the same method whereby the original payment was made. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless you are returning items like scuba diving tee shirts or any other product as a result of our error. For refunds, allow up to 21 days from the date of receipt of your returned item for the credit to appear on your credit card or bank statement.
This Return and Exchange Policy applies only to Uwahu Dive Wear products bought from the Uwahu webstore at www.uwahu.com. If your item was purchased at one of our authorised dealers, it must be returned back to the same store, the return policy of which will be based on that store.
